Rita J. Bailey
Rita is a Leadership Coach, Facilitator, Mediator. She works with wide range of public, charities, and private sector organisations. She works directly with managers and leaders who want to enhance communications, leadership style and personal impact. Since graduating from Henley with an MBA, Rita’s early management career focussed on regeneration, working with multiple stakeholders, collaborative partnerships and learning and development. As chief executive of a development agency she led on public sector projects that stimulated economic growth, created new jobs and retrained people to benefit from new market opportunities. Rita’s passion for supporting change has led her into developing leaders and managers mandated to taking change forward in diverse and complex areas such as Technology, Education and Health. She contributes to developing managers for leadership positions as part of diversity initiatives and career development programmes. Rita is a Fellow of Institute of Leadership & Management(ILM) Principle Practitioner member of the Association of Business Psychologists, Member of Chartered Management Institute. She has held trustee roles and is currently involved in Toastmaster International, Cherie Blair Foundation for women entrepreneurs. She has previously been chair of an equality council and a public appointed member of a Learning Skills Council.
