Dr. Lola Gershfeld is an organizational psychologist, founder of EmC Leaders, and creator of the Emotional Connection (EmC) process. As a published author and speaker, Dr. Gershfeld works with organizations across industries to transform team dynamics, improve communication, and drive performance through emotional connection.
