Valarie A. Zeithaml

Valarie A. Zeithaml is the David S. Van Pelt Distinguished Professor of marketing at Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina. An award-winning teacher and researcher, she most recently won the 2012 Bullard Research Impact Award in recognition of the broad impact of her research on her field, industry, and society. She also received the 2009 AMA Irwin/McGraw-Hill Distinguished Marketing Educator Award for lifetime leadership; the 2008 Paul D. Converse Award for outstanding and enduring contributions to marketing through journal articles, books or a body of work; the 2004 Innovative Contributor to Marketing Award; and the 2004 Outstanding Marketing Educator Award given by the Academy of Marketing Science.
