Ray Hodge

Ray Hodge works as a business advisor, speaker, and writer, helping organizations and their leaders dramatically improve efficiencies and gain competitive advantage. He has worked with small companies in the bush to the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and much in between. Ray is a Certified Construction Professional (CCP) and the author of two other books—Smash the Bottleneck and The Business of People. He publishes frequently in trade magazines and conducts keynote speeches and workshops on efficiency and leadership. He is the coauthor of four children, is attempting to learn tango dancing from his partner Michelle, and resides in Adelaide, Australia.
