Raji Sivaraman
Dr. Raji Sivaraman, PMI-ACP, PMP, PMO-CP™, CSPP™, is the Principal of ASBA LLC and a Singapore citizen who helps USA/Singapore companies with strategic planning and overseas startups. She speaks several languages and her work experience spans many countries including Singapore, Thailand, India and the USA. Dr. Raji is a sustainability researcher who was named the HESI-UNSDG Publishers Compact Fellow in 2024. She is also a thought leader, author and contributor to Project Management books, published articles, research papers and opinion pieces internationally. Besides this, she is a global facilitator, keynote speaker, discussant, academic chair, moderator of CXO forums, conducts workshops and a frequent panelist. As an agile practitioner, she has led Fortune 50/500 companies with CSR, BSR, and mobility projects. Additionally, Dr. Raji is a Consultant, Director, Strategic Advisor, and an Advisory Board member for non-profit organizations having worked in IT, publishing, financial, standards and logistics industries as a lead project manager and implementation manager. As an Adjunct Professor at Montclair University, USA, she has trained interns and staff in advanced project management while having held leadership positions with the PMI at the chapter/global level, inaugural IPMA HackDays Chair to date. In a nutshell, she is a Pracademic who was named Distinguished Women leaders of Singapore, 2013.
