Michael E. Gordon

Michael E. Gordon is a Professor in the Department of Management and Global Business at the Rutgers Business School. He received his Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley. Gordon’s research has been published in the leading academic journals in management, industrial psychology, and industrial relations, and he has served on the editorial boards of several of the top-tier journals in these fields. In addition to his university teaching for which he has won numerous awards, Gordon has conducted workshops for managers on a variety of human resource management topics, including organizational communication, employee selection, and attitude surveys.
