Hamid H. Kazeroony
Hamid H. Kazeroony received his doctorate of Management in organizational leadership and his MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix, his MA in Political Science from California State University and his B.A. in Political Science from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Before entering academia, he held a number of management positions with organizations including Kmart , and University of Phoenix. He has taught in a variety of executive and international programs at the University of Phoenix, Walden University, and Picollo International University. He is currently an associate professor of Master of Business Leadership at William Penn University in Iowa where he is creating an online program and changing the administrative modality to serve students better. He is also a consultant on For-Profit Higher Education Processes and Change Management issues.
Dr. Kazeroony’s research focuses on adult learning models, higher education for-profit administrative processes, and change implementation. He is co-author of one scholarly book due for release in early 2010 published by Polish Academy of Science Publications entitled Organizational Immunity to Corruption: Building Theoretical and Research Foundations, and editor of a chapter on Change At All Levels and Speeds of a textbook entitleed Management Through Collaboration by Ruthledge Publication due for release August 2010.
