Sandra Lam

Sandra Lam is a corporate innovation practitioner with more than 15 years of experience. She was the Senior Vice President, Innovation Catalyst at Citi Innovation Lab, a team within Citi which specializes in new product development, intrapraneurship and external FinTech partnerships. Sandra is a frequent keynote speaker at global innovation forums. She has worked with leaders and managers globally to deliver innovative solutions and has launched and managed intrapreneurship programs in large corporations to transform employees into founders.
