Cédric Zago

Cédric Zago, CFA, is a Partner in the Special Situations Advisory practice at Forvis Mazars in France, where he specializes in the diagnosis and recovery of companies that have lost financial or operational control. His clients are boards and executives confronting governance failures, sudden performance collapses, and decisions made too late. He began his career at KPMG in audit and advisory, spent five years at Sanofi in corporate finance and as Chief of Staff for the UK and Ireland, then returned to KPMG France as a Director in Special Situations and Risk advisory. He holds dual master’s degrees in finance and engineering and is based in Paris. Fail Proof is his first book.
