S. Tamer Cavusgil is Fuller E. Callaway Professorial Chair and Director, Institute of International Business, Robinson College of Business, Georgia State University. Tamer specializes in the internationalization of the firm, global strategy, emerging markets, and buyer-seller relationships in cross-border business.

D. Scott Showalter is a Professor of Practice at North Carolina State University. Prior to joining NCSU, Scott was an audit partner with KPMG LLP where he completed his 33-year career in July 2008. Scott served in numerous leadership roles in KPMG including: Global Managing Partner Assurance & Advisory Services Center; Industry Sector Leader; National Partner-in-Charge Assurance-Based Advisory Services; Partner-in-Charge of Area Industry Practice; and Industry Professional Practice Partner.

Gary Knight is Associate Professor and Director of the Program in International Business at Florida State University, where he has won several awards for research and teaching. Professor Knight has extensive experience in international business in the private sector in Canada, Europe, Japan, and Mexico. He obtained his Ph.D. at Michigan State University. He is a member of the Academy of International Business and the American Marketing Association.

Haluk Demirkan is a Clinical Professor of Information Systems and a Research Faculty of the Center for Services Leadership at Arizona State University. His main research interests and expertise are in service science and innovation, service supply chain management and service oriented sustainable IT solutions and cloud computing.

Michael Ahearne (PhD, Indiana University) is the C.T. Bauer Chaired Professor in Marketing and Executive Director of the Sales Excellence Institute at the University of Houston. Mike's research focuses on the performance of salespeople and sales organizations. He has published numerous articles in leading journals such as the Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, and Management Science. He co-authors the leading professional selling textbook, Selling Today, which is currently used in over 30 countries.

Philip Romero is an economist, policy analyst, and applied mathematician. Romero has been Professor of Business Administration at the University of Oregon’s Lundquist College of Business since the summer of 1999, where he holds the Miller chair. From 2008 to 2010 he was dean of the Cal State LA business school. CSULA is one of the largest educators of first-generation college students in the U.S. From 1999-2004 he served as dean at the University of Oregon’s business school, where today he courses combining economics and corporate strategy.

Ken Merchant holds the Deloitte & Touche LLP Chair of Accountancy at the University of Southern California. He is currently teaching in USC's MBA and undergraduate accounting programs. Previously he served as Senior Associate Dean-Corporate Programs in USC’s Marshall School of Business (2003-04) and as Dean of USC’s Leventhal School of Accounting (1994-2001). Professor Merchant is also a research professor (part-time) at the University of Maastricht (the Netherlands). Before joining USC in 1990, he taught at Harvard University (1978-1990) and the University of California (Berkeley) (1976-77).

Donald N. Stengel is a Professor and Chair of the Department of Information Systems and Decision Sciences at California State University, Fresno. He received a Ph.D. in Engineering-Economic Systems from Stanford University. Dr. Stengel served as the Director of the MBA Program at California State University, Fresno. He has taught managerial economics, business forecasting, statistics, and quantitative methods. He teaches in both the MBA Program and Executive MBA Program.

Steven Nahmias is Professor of Operations and MIS at Santa Clara University, where he has served on the faculty for over 30 years. He was formerly department chair and director of the Competitive Manufacturing Institute, and holds the University award for sustained excellence in scholarship. He has undergraduate degrees from Queens College and Columbia University and holds the Masters and Ph.D. degrees in Operations Research from Northwestern University. Professor Nahmias is internationally known for his research in inventory control and stochastic modeling.

Daniel J. "Dan" Power is a Professor of Information Systems and Management at the College of Business Administration at the University of Northern Iowa, Cedar Falls, Iowa and the editor of DSSResources.COM, the Web-based knowledge repository about computerized systems that support decision making, the editor of PlanningSkills.COM, and the editor of DSS News, a bi-weekly e-newsletter. Dan writes the column "Ask Dan!" in DSS News. Also, Dan is the Decision Support Expert at the Business Intelligence Network.

Donald N. Stengel is a professor and chair of the
Department of Information Systems and Decision Sciences at California
State University, Fresno. Previously he served as the director of the
MBA program at California State University, Fresno. He received a PhD in
Engineering-Economic Systems from Stanford University. Prior to joining
the faculty at California State University, Fresno, Dr. Stengel worked
for eight years as a management consultant developing planning models
for agriculture and energy.

Geraldine Rosa Henderson (“Gerri") is an Associate Professor at the University of Texas at Austin. She received her Ph.D. and MBA in Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.

Oliver Laasch is a professor of responsible business and director of the Center for Sustainability and Responsibility at the Monterrey Institute of Technology. He also is professor and academic coordinator for the Masters Program in Responsible Management at Steinbeis University in Berlin.

Jean Phillips is a professor in the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University. She has taught classroom and hybrid classroom/online courses in strategic human resource management, organizational behavior, staffing, and teams and leadership in the United States and in Singapore. She earned her Ph.D. in Business Administration from Michigan State University. Her research interests focus on recruitment and staffing, leadership and team effectiveness, and issues related to learning organizations.
