Don W. Stacks, Ph.D., is Professor and Director of the Public Relations Program in the School of Communication at the University of Miami, Coral Gables, FL. Stacks has written more than 150 scholarly articles and papers.

Mason A. Carpenter (Ph.D., 1997, UT Austin) is the M. Keith Weikel Professor of Leadership in UW Madison’s Wisconsin School of Business (WI, USA). He is responsible for the MBA and executive MBA courses in business, corporate, and global strategy, and the curriculum offered through Wisconsin’s Strategic Leadership Institute.

Stan Gully is a member of the faculty in the Department of Human Resource Management in the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University. He has authored or presented numerous papers, research articles, and book chapters on a variety of topics.

Michael Ahearne is Associate Professor of Marketing and Executive Director of the Sales Excellence Institute at the University of Houston. Prior to joining the faculty at the University of Houston, he was a professor at the University of Connecticut and Pennsylvania State University. He has been a visiting professor at Emory University, ESSEC School of Business in France, and the Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School in Belgium. He has both a Ph.D. and M.S. in Marketing with a minor in Decision Sciences from Indiana University. He has an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Mathematics with honors from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Kenneth R. Ferris is a professor in the W.P Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He received a B.B.A. and an M.B.A. from The George Washington University and an M.A. and a Ph.D. from The Ohio State University. He previously served on the faculties of Northwestern University, The Claremont Graduate University, Southern Methodist University, and Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is the author or co-author of twelve books, over eighty case studies, and over 50 academic and professional publications.

Scott Shane is the A. Malachi Mixon III Professor of Entrepreneurial Studies at Case Western Reserve University. His previous faculty appointments include University of Maryland, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Georgia Institute of Technology. The author of over 60 scholarly articles on entrepreneurship and innovation management, Dr. Shane's work has appeared in Management Science, Organization Science, Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Strategic Management Journal, Decision Sciences, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, and International Journal of Industrial Organization, among other journals.

S. Tamer Cavusgil is Fuller E. Callaway Professorial Chair and Director, Institute of International Business, Robinson College of Business, Georgia State University. Tamer specializes in the internationalization of the firm, global strategy, emerging markets, and buyer-seller relationships in cross-border business.

Ken Merchant holds the Deloitte & Touche LLP Chair of Accountancy at the University of Southern California. He is currently teaching in USC's MBA and undergraduate accounting programs. Previously he served as Senior Associate Dean-Corporate Programs in USC’s Marshall School of Business (2003-04) and as Dean of USC’s Leventhal School of Accounting (1994-2001). Professor Merchant is also a research professor (part-time) at the University of Maastricht (the Netherlands). Before joining USC in 1990, he taught at Harvard University (1978-1990) and the University of California (Berkeley) (1976-77).

Daniel J. "Dan" Power is a Professor of Information Systems and Management at the College of Business Administration at the University of Northern Iowa, Cedar Falls, Iowa and the editor of DSSResources.COM, the Web-based knowledge repository about computerized systems that support decision making, the editor of PlanningSkills.COM, and the editor of DSS News, a bi-weekly e-newsletter. Dan writes the column "Ask Dan!" in DSS News. Also, Dan is the Decision Support Expert at the Business Intelligence Network.

Michael R. Czinkota works in the international marketing field at Birmingham and at Georgetown University. He served in the U.S. government as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Commerce and as Head of the U.S. delegation to the OECD industry committee in Paris, and was a partner in a fur trading firm.

Donald K. Wright, Ph.D., is Professor of Public Relations in the College of Communication at Boston University, the world’s first degree-granting institution in the public relations field. He is one of the most published public relations scholars and is an internationally known professor, author, speaker, researcher, advisor, and corporate communications consultant.

Dr. Naresh K. Malhotra is Regents’ Professor (highest academic rank in the university system of Georgia), in the College of Management, Georgia Institute of Technology. He has been listed in Marquis Who’s Who in America continuously since its fifty-first edition in 1997, and in Who’s Who in the World since 2000. In 2005, he received the Academy of Marketing Science Outstanding Marketing Educator Award.

Adam Rapp is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Clemson University. Prior to joining the faculty at the Clemson University, he was a professor at Kent State University. He has been a visiting professor at the Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School in Belgium. He has a Ph.D. from the University of Connecticut and an M.B.A. from Villanova University with a specialization in strategic marketing.

Jean Phillips is a professor in the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University. She has taught classroom and hybrid classroom/online courses in strategic human resource management, organizational behavior, staffing, and teams and leadership in the United States and in Singapore. She earned her Ph.D. in Business Administration from Michigan State University. Her research interests focus on recruitment and staffing, leadership and team effectiveness, and issues related to learning organizations.

Gary Knight is Associate Professor and Director of the Program in International Business at Florida State University, where he has won several awards for research and teaching. Professor Knight has extensive experience in international business in the private sector in Canada, Europe, Japan, and Mexico. He obtained his Ph.D. at Michigan State University. He is a member of the Academy of International Business and the American Marketing Association.
