Jeffrey A. Krug received his Ph.D. in strategic management from Indiana University and his M.S. in international business and B.A. in economics from The Pennsylvania State University. Before entering academia, he held a number of management positions with PepsiCo, Texas Instruments, Commerzbank AG, and the Austrian Postal Savings Bank. He has taught in a variety of executive and international programs at Penn State, Indiana University, University of Illinois, Virginia Tech, and William & Mary.

Mason A. Carpenter (Ph.D., 1997, UT Austin) is the M. Keith Weikel Professor of Leadership in UW Madison’s Wisconsin School of Business (WI, USA). He is responsible for the MBA and executive MBA courses in business, corporate, and global strategy, and the curriculum offered through Wisconsin’s Strategic Leadership Institute. His research concerns corporate governance, top management teams, social networks, and the strategic management of global startups, and is published widely in top management and strategy journals.

Amiso George is an associate professor of Strategic Communication and director of the graduate program at the Schieffer School of Journalism at Texas Christian University, Fort Worth, TX. She holds a Ph.D. from Ohio University (1992) and was accredited in public relations (APR) in 2003. She was director of the public relations program in the Reynolds School of Journalism at the University of Nevada in Reno, where she developed and taught the first course in crisis communication.

Sandy Edwards is Associate Professor and MBA Director at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Her main teaching areas are quantitative analysis and organizational leadership. Randall B. Dunham holds the Keenan A. Bennett Chair of Management at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business where he serves as the Faculty Director of the UW Center for International Business Education and Research (CIBER). He earned his Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology at the University of Illinois-Champaign. Dunham has served as chair of the Management and Human Resources Department, associate dean of graduate programs for the Business School, and has been the School's senior associate dean as well as director of the Executive MBA program.
