Dr. Ramakant Bharadwaj is professor and director of operations management, Asia Pacific Institute of Management, New Delhi. He has carried out research in implementing best knowledge management in Institutes of Higher Education, improving quality of education through knowledge management interventions and he co-authored a book on Quantitative Techniques for Business Management.
